🏡 This beautiful loft of 47 m2 will allow you to have a good stay in the center of Strasbourg. Overlooking the courtyard and therefore very quiet, you can rest well after a day of visiting the city.

In the 1st part:
🛏️ 2 bunk beds (each 90x190 in size, High sleeping is not suitable for children under 6 years old.),
A large wardrobe,
🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen (hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher) with a bar area to drink your coffee or have a meal for two and a table to share a meal with 4,
🚿 🚽 A bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
In the 2nd part of the loft:
🛋️ a living room with an HD flat-screen TV
🛏️ a sleeping area with a king size bed (180x200)
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator.
👟 The Loft is located in the heart of downtown Strasbourg. It is a pedestrian zone: cars are only allowed between 6am and 11am. During these hours, parking is also prohibited: you can simply stop while you unload the car. (excluding Christmas markets)
🅿️ The Gutenberg public car park is 150m away or the Kleber car park 400m away, with a price of €44 for around 24 hours.
🅿️ The Austerlitz public car park is 600m away, with a price of €22 for around 24 hours.

🌃 Rue des Grandes-Arcades (in German An den Gewerbslauben, in Alsatian dialect An de Gewerbslauwe) is a street in the city center of Strasbourg, which connects rue de la Mésange to Place Gutenberg. It has several remarkable buildings, including – odd numbered side – several arcaded houses, to which it owes its name. Located a few dozen meters from the various places where the Strasbourg Christmas market (Christkindelsmärik) takes place.
The Grande Île de Strasbourg, sometimes called the “island ellipse”, is the most central and most characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it is the historic centre. It is surrounded by the River Ill to the south and by one of its arms – the Faux-Rempart ditch – to the north, which separate downstream from the Vauban dam and meet at the Quai des Pêcheurs.
The Big Island has been listed in its entirety as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1988. The International Council of Monuments and Sites has indicated that the Big Island is "an old district which is an example of medieval cities"

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
