🍽️ You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary design, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker) .

It is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This astonishing post-Haussmann district shows certain architectural extravagances, happily mixing Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of the Second World War, it remains one of the last testimonies of German architecture from the end of the 19th century.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
