🥨 In the heart of Strasbourg, the GUTENBERG 3 apartment is located in a building built in 1768, located at 12 Rue de la Mésange, at the corner with the student square. It welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting, completely renovated in the summer of 2022.
🛍️ This historic district has many local shops, bars and restaurants.
🏡 The apartment is composed of:
🍽️ a living room, comprising a lounge area (sofa and television), a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, grill -bread),
🛏️ a spacious and bright bedroom, with two single beds,
🚿 a bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer,
🚽 a separate toilet.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. You have the possibility to book several apartments in this building.
🅿️ The Kleber or Opéra public car parks are 200m away, with a price of €44 for around 24 hours.
🅿️ The P2 Sébastopol public car park is 600m away, with a price of €20 for around 24 hours.
🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

🌃 The Grande Île de Strasbourg, sometimes called "Island Ellipse", is the most central and most characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it is the historic center. It is surrounded by the River Ill to the south and by one of its arms – the Faux-Rempart ditch – to the north, which separate downstream from the Vauban dam and meet at the Quai des Pêcheurs.
The Big Island has been listed in its entirety as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1988. The International Council of Monuments and Sites has indicated that the Big Island is "an old district which is an example of medieval cities"

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
