🥨 In the heart of Contades, less than 5 minutes from the Kleber high school by foot and 10 minutes from Palais de la Musique et des Congrès (PMC), you will stay in a quiet and green area, and discover the typical architecture of the Neustadt by going up Rue Edouard Teutsch.
🏡 This magnificent 50m² duplex is very bright and will be perfect for a tourist stay to discover Strasbourg or for work.
🛋️On the first level you will find a large living room with an equipped kitchen 🍽️ (fridge, hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a dining area. A lounge area with a sofa and a TV as well as ample storage space completes the space.
🛏️ Upstairs you will find your cocoon for the night with a bedroom with a double bed and an office space.
🚿 🚽The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator.
🅿️ The accommodation is in a free parking zone from Ohmacht Boulevard towards Lauth Street, as well as the streets north of this zone).
🅿️ A second area, between 6 quai Zorn and Boulevard Jacques Preiss (300m walk from the apartment) you have a free parking area also exists.
🛍️ This family neighborhood has many local shops.
🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

Built to make Strasbourg a showcase of Prussian power, the Neustadt is distinguished by its grandiose squares, its wide airy avenues lined with trees, but also by a happy alliance between the monumental and a keen sense of the landscape. It is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This astonishing post-Haussmann district shows certain architectural extravagances, happily mixing Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of the Second World War, it remains one of the last testimonies of German architecture from the end of the 19th century.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
