The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads which adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his genre. The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous “Virgin of the Rose Bush” by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, very simple. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited. 🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. 🐕 Pets are not allowed. 🧹 Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs. 📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force.
